Track & Shop Services
The Apex Group provides racing and performance driving support services usually through one of our subsidiaries. We have over 20 years experience in competition car construction, car prep and track setup. In addition, we can provide driver's with instruction either with their car on the circuit of their chosing or at our home track BeaveRun, located just north of Pittsburgh, PA. All fees below are for budget estimating only. Final fees will be determined upon project evauation.

Data Aquisition

Driver Coaching Rates

Base Rate
$100 per day - Club Event or Test day
$200 per day - Professional Event or Test day

Event Fees
Track Rates -
$500 per day - Crew Chief / Lead Techs
$400 per day - Experienced Crew / Techs
$200 per day - General Crew

Travel Day Rates -
$400 per day - Techs
$300 per day - Assistant Paid expenses - General Crew

A $30 per diem allowance for meals, etc., will be charged for each day on the road.
Personnel and related charges are divided according to the extent to which they are assigned to each car.
Plus share of hotel and miscellaneous expenses. Fuel, oil, parts, etc, consumed at track are billed as used.

Paddock Support -
Tent Space at the track is $25 per day, per car. We will, upon request, handle entry forms and make airplane and hotel arrangements for the events we attend. A deposit of 1/2 of the estimate race weekend costs is required 3 weeks prior to the event. Deposits must be paid before cars leave for the event. We do not carry insurance for cars in our care. Customers are expected to provide "off track" insurance. We recommend Heacock Insurance (941) 683-2228.

Race Shop Fees
Shop Rates -
$79 per Hour - Tech
$57 per Hour - Assistant
4% added to invoice to cover miscellaneous items such as nuts, bolts and consumables.

Spare Parts -
These rates include general items such as parts, boxes and wheels. Items such as engines, transaxles and bodywork will be surcharged accordingly.

Vehicle Storage -
Storage is provided free of charge only for cars undergoing construction, major work, or participating with us in regularly scheduled of races. Inactive cars or transporters will be charged $175/mo storage fee.
Pending credit approval, invoices are payable upon receipt. Credit Cards are accepted.
